I had the wonderful opportunity to create the color keys for this film. It was a short film about a girl who stumbles into this cave while exploring the woods, and finds a whole new perspective of the world when she come back out.
I had the wonderful opportunity to create the color keys for this film. It was a short film about a girl who stumbles into this cave while exploring the woods, and finds a whole new perspective of the world when she come back out.
I was responsible for Color scripting the entire film as well as illustrating lighting keys for specific shots.
Initially, the whole film was going to emphasize linework, but since this mood board was of the final shot, a softer look was applied to give a more warm and cozy effect.
The final result was a balance of keeping the warms looking cozy while using rays of light to focus key elements in the shot.
